How long does it take for your items to reach you?

• Using DHL Express- International or UPS - International, it takes about 2 to 5 days. 

• Australia Post takes about 5 to 15 days with at a cheaper rate with tracking number.

How much does it cost to ship your items?

• Australia Post - Flat AU$5.02 (US$4) for up to 10 lbs (4.53 kg) and $120

• DHL Express- International or UPS - International - Around AU$15.06 up to a maximum of 150 lbs.
• You will be able to see the cost of shipping and estimated delivery time when you view your cart page after adding items to your cart.

Restricted items

Some items are restricted and cannot be imported into Australia. These include supplements that include egg yolks and dairy. For more information on restricted products, you can check out the cart page (with your country set to Australia). When in doubt, you should always check with Australian customs.
